AI Product Manager - Banking up to 95K

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with over 6 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives within the Banking team. You will be instrumental in adopting Future State AI bot solutions to revolutionise the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for conversational AI channels, from strategic design through to execution and deployment.
• Drive customer adoption and increase automation by integrating advanced AI solutions.
• Own the product backlog, prioritize requirements, and lead cross-functional agile (SAFe) scrum teams across global locations.
• Collaborate with a wide range of regional stakeholders to align project goals with business strategy.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities and solve complex problems.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience in a Product Owner or Project Manager role, specifically within digital product development.
• Proven track record delivering customer-facing Conversational AI or GenAI products; experience in banking/fintech is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in agile methodologies (SAFe) and managing projects in a large-scale, global environment.
• An entrepreneurial problem-solver with a passion for improving customer experience and driving efficiency.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence without direct authority.
• Languages: Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a PLUS
