Required Technical Skill Set

AI, MLOps, REST API, LLM’s, AWS

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-Have
  • At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in AI engineering and/or applied machine learning.
  • Practical experience implementing AI/MLOps practices in enterprise environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Java.
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or equivalent.
  • Hands‑on experience with LLM application frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and n8n.
Good‑to‑Have
  • Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and Cosmos DB.
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
  • Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions from prototype to production.
  • Develop and integrate AI services using Python and Java‑based architectures.
  • Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and versioning.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
  • Develop LLM‑powered applications using modern orchestration and agent frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with product, data, cloud, and security teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
