Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the al地點 and deployment of AI computing resources, work on daily platform O&M (such as responding to and handling system incidents and addressing user issues), proactively identify potential risks to ensure efficient and stable operation of the AI cloud platform, and keep improving platform availability.
2. Leverage solid technical know-how to penetrate the key technical requirements and pain points of the AI R&D team, and proactively optimize the environment configuration and resource scheduling solutions to enhance user experience and R&D efficiency.
3. Lead the evaluation and review of technical solutions from suppliers, propose professional optimization suggestions, and drive solution iteration and upgrading to achieve optimal resource al地點.
4. Analyze the data of resource load and utilization, identify the bottlenecks in resource utilization, prepare and execute resource optimization and scheduling strategies, to keep lifting resource utilization and overall operational efficiency.
5. Produce operational reports to keep improving the operational system, compile and maintain relevant documentation (including operation manuals and troubleshooting guides), as well as train and guide users on related technologies.

Requirements

1. At least a bachelor's degree in AI, computer science, IT, electronic engineering or a related major.
2. A solid technical foundation, the knowledge of the Linux system management, AI computing resources and relevant techniques on Docker, k8s and network, as well as the Python programming experience.
3. Experience of managing AI computing platforms and cloud service providers, preferably in AI training or inference.
4. Adequate capabilities in problem analysis and judgment, communication, coordination and execution, as well as attention to detail and a good service attitude.
5. Written/Oral communication skills in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
