About The RoleWe are looking for a Software Engineer III / Staff Software Engineer - Growth Lead to drive global product-led growth (PLG) and user adoption across Wati's platform.
In this role, you will lead Wati's global growth engineering efforts, working closely with product, data, and design teams to improve activation, conversion, engagement, and retention across a diverse international user base.
You will combine strong engineering execution with product and business thinking, building growth systems, running experiments, and shipping features that directly improve key growth metrics across multiple markets. This role requires someone who is highly data-driven, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and global growth strategy.
