Responsibilities
Assisting with managing databases and coordinating meetings

HR Administration: Support the full spectrum of recruitment and HR operations services, including prepare documentations/employment contract, reference checks, offer extension, on-boarding logistics etc
Payroll Administration: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including leave administration and payroll calculation etc
Support/Prepare reports and documentations related to tax filing, MPF contributions etc

Accountable for accessing/independently interviewing experienced candidates (analyst to VP levels); managing end to end interview process and logistics

Accountable for end to end talent acquisition by working directly with hiring managers from FTB offices from understanding the requirements; interviewing candidates to providing recommendation to cater for business requirements; on-boarding to background screening
Facilitate HRBP function that calls for collaboration with senior leaders and business management to address HR challenges including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement to compensation review
Qualifications
Prior 5 years experience in administration and sale’s operations is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational and time management skills
Mature and self-motivated individual who takes initiative and thrives in a proactive work environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to work with international corporate clients of diversified industries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Immediate availability is highly preferred
