Responsibilities
  • Assisting with managing databases and coordinating meetings
  • Handling various administrative tasks such as documentation check, filing, and scheduling appointments
  • Conducting desktop research and assisting in presentation materials to clients
  • Collaborating with team members to contribute to the overall success of projects
  • HR Administration: Support the full spectrum of recruitment and HR operations services, including prepare documentations/employment contract, reference checks, offer extension, on-boarding logistics etc
  • Payroll Administration: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including leave administration and payroll calculation etc
  • Support/Prepare reports and documentations related to tax filing, MPF contributions etc

  • Tasked with the mission to support APAC expansion across front to back office by collaborating with HRBP & line of businesses
  • Accountable for accessing/independently interviewing experienced candidates (analyst to VP levels); managing end to end interview process and logistics

  • Contribute to bi-annual performance management review that required consolidation of management reports and coordination with senior leaders & management across the region & headquarters to cater for the business objectives

  • Resolve employees’ enquiries to ensure the fulfilment of HR policies & corporate governance
  • Active participation of regional projects from change management, streamlining process in alignment of regional/global initiatives

  • In charge of payroll (including OT & shift allowances), pension and taxation for over 250 employees
  • Oversight benefits administration and attendance records
  • Ensure the fulfilment of HK Labour ordinance and corporate governance
  • Recruitment & HR Generalist for North Asia Hub
  • International Bank with 500+ employees in APAC
  • Accountable for end to end talent acquisition by working directly with hiring managers from FTB offices from understanding the requirements; interviewing candidates to providing recommendation to cater for business requirements; on-boarding to background screening
  • Facilitate HRBP function that calls for collaboration with senior leaders and business management to address HR challenges including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement to compensation review
Qualifications
  • Prior 5 years experience in administration and sale’s operations is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Mature and self-motivated individual who takes initiative and thrives in a proactive work environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to work with international corporate clients of diversified industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
