Accounts Officer - MNC

Our client is a leading global shipping and logistics provider and looking for an Accounts Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger postings
• Maintain and update accounting records in compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards
• Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and schedules
• Ensure that all information entered to Accounting Package is accurate and meets deadlines set
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Accounting or any finance related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in shipping or logistics
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Detail-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
