Accounting Officer

Headquartered in Hong Kong and listed in United States (SORA), the company is principally engaged in the business of “parallel importing” luxury watches, handbags, leather goods, accessories and diamond jewelry since 2001. We are seeking an accounting Officer to join us for future expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Control and arrange payments, including fund transfers, cheque preparation, T/T, and e-banking transactions

• Update bank book and perform bank reconciliations

• Assist in accounting operations, including but not limited to financial reporting, month-end closing, and intercompany reconciliations

• Support voucher entry and maintain a well-organized filing system

• Assist in annual audits, interim reviews, and tax-related matters

• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or other related disciplines, with LCCI Higher Level qualification

• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing

• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage

• Responsible, detail-minded, and hardworking
