Accounting Officer
About the role
Rare Rare Limited is seeking an experienced Accounting Officer to join our growing team in our Tsim Sha Tsui / Hung Hom office. This is a part-time role, offering flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments:
What youll be doing
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Process and record financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
Provide support to the finance team as needed
What were looking for
At least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Officer or Accounts Clerk
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and collaborative approach to work
