Accounting Officer (2 year contract) - ESF Centre

Main Accountabilities

• Manage financial system modules: AP, AR, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Payments.

• Assist with the planning and testing of the Accounts Receivable system for tuition invoicing and collections.

• Support data migration, integration, and user acceptance testing for AR projects.

• Provide ongoing support, training, and issue resolution for finance system users.

• Review payment collections, deposits, reconciliations, and ledger postings.

• Conduct period-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.

• Generate and analyze accounting reports for management and audits.

• Collaborate with teams to optimize systems and finance processes.

• Document configurations and project progress for AR implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

• CPA or equivalent is a plus.

• 5 years in accounting or ERP systems management.

• Practical Experience in financial system implementation, preferably in Accounts Receivable.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Experience with tuition fee or education finance systems is advantageous.

• Familiarity with system security and workflow automation.

• Project management or business analysis skills are a plus.
