Duties:
l Handle full sets of accounts
l Prepare general ledger, journal voucher
l Responsible for accounting entries and prepare monthly financial and management report
l Prepare financial analysis, accounting schedules and reconciliations
l Prepare financial statements and assist in statutory audit
l Assist in quarterly forecast and annual budget reporting, if necessary
l Handle inquiries from banks, investors etc.
l Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
l Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting / Business related discipline and a student member of professional bodies
l A minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience
l Good knowledge in MS office, particularly in Excel application.
l Good knowledge in accounting software, particularly in Quickbooks or Peachtree
l Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
l Detail oriented, good team player, responsible and able to work independently under pressure with tight deadlines
