• Oversee onboarding for retail, corporate, and high-net-worth clients, ensuring fullcompliance with KYC/AML regulations

• Collaborate with compliance, front office, and risk teams to resolve documentation andonboarding issues

• Conduct training sessions and implement process improvements

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards

• Prepare and present regular MIS reports, pipeline updates, and exception tracking tosenior management
