Account Manager ( IT Solutions)

My client, a global tech innovator, seeks experienced IT Account Managers to manage client relationships, drive sales, and ensure satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a solid IT background, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in account management.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their IT needs.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for IT solutions.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients.
• Monitor account performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business, computer sciences or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management or sales within the IT industry.
• Proficient in IT products, services, and solutions, including ICT, networking, data storage, cloud, OR digital technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese).
