Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will act as a link between clients and the agency. You must understand your clients' needs and objectives and liaise closely with them. You will deal with a range of client and agency day-to-day functions, and will be responsible for coordination of projects, ensuring clear communication to all involved. The Account Executive ensures all work is executed flawlessly, on time and on budget.

What Will You Do?

• Manage account relationships with appropriate client stakeholders providing regular status updates

• Grow client relationships in terms of project deliverables and service level satisfaction

• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo, Little Red Book and Douyin and review campaign ROI

• Develop detailed marketing strategies and plans across various media channels for brand development.

• Work closely with Hong Kong & China team in preparing digital campaign proposal and presentation

• Analyse and provide recommendations in order to optimize campaign performance

• Maintain effective coordination with all parties, attend presentations and review meetings upon request

• Conduct research on industry trends and up-to-date HK and CN social media landscape

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Minimum 1-2 year of content marketing, preferably in social media marketing field and agency side

• Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Well-organized, proactive and responsible

• Must demonstrate problem solving skills to tackle new challenges

• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently.

• Proficiency in PC Skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
