Responsibilities:
To support daily operation of Chinese Medicine clinical division to ensure effective service delivery.
To handle administrative functions, including taskforce-related work, follow-up on resolutions, preparation of statistical and management reports, data analysis, meeting minutes, and staff rostering.
To handle enquiries / complaints in a professional and timely manner.
To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. universities) on Chinese Medicine clinical services and research initiatives.
To assist in project proposal preparation, funding applications, progress monitoring, and quality assurance.
To execute ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder or above
Minimum 3 years experience in operation, previous experience with NGO is preferred
Knowledge and experience in Chinese Medicine / Healthcare is an advantage.
Self-motivated, mature and independent; good communication, organizational & administration skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Immediate available is a definite advantage
