• Handle key accounts assigned by the company.
• Handle all enquiries and problems from customers in professional manner.
• Support the sales team in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Serve as the technical lead in the pre‑sales process, supporting sales teams in understanding client needs.
• Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Production, Quality Control, Logistics) in our factory for product development to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Prepare accurate quotations, manage order processing, sampling.
• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and quality.
• Ad‑hoc duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related field).
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Project Engineer developing products.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Expert level proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD modelling tools; hands‑on experience with simulation tools and analysis techniques.
• Strong technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua.
• Able to travel to China factory and overseas when required.
