General SummaryWho We're Looking For
This 職位 provides global pre-sales technical leadership and support in the identification, creation, and integration of solutions and strategies within a given solution area. Incumbents work with Sales to identify opportunities, providing technical support throughout the sales process, focusing on sales closures. They are responsible for communicating and working with Proposal and Technology teams to respond to RFXs as needed including creating documentation such as State of Work and Network designs. They liaise with product managers to provide feedback and input into business requirements for future products and releases, enhancements, or customized solutions. As operational issues arise, they will bring them to the attention of Customer Support and Operations. They will identify customer needs and product gaps in the 公司名稱’s existing portfolio and work with senior-level Solutions Engineers to define solutions.
