Job Posting:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

You will be critical in delivering these activities but not limited to:

Coordinate with vendors, 3PLs and internal customers for day-to-day logistics operations
Make correct decision in shipment approval process and coordinate with Logistics Service Providers (LSP) accordingly in order to fulfill supply/demand planning's requirement
Manage logistics service providers' and proactively drive for continuous operational excellence
Handle vendors' and internal customers' enquiries on logistics issues
Regularly audit load plans / various transportation modes to identify room for improving logistics cost
Handle reporting on volume forecast / logistics milestone / KPI report
Analyze monthly KPI reports on shipper's & 3PL's performance, identify and execute improvements on vendor/3PL performance

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this 職位.

3-4 years of working experiences in logistics industry, preferably with experience in forwarding 公司名稱
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Strong sense of urgency & ownership, ability to multi-task
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Good communication skills, written and verbal
Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Act with continuous improvement mindset
Proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot & v-lookup) is a MUST

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Degree Held: Degree Holder

Subject Expert In: any
