THE TEAM
The Talent & Culture team is the heart of Rosewood Hotel Group, dedicated to attracting, developing, and rewarding our most valuable asset—our Associates. Based at our Global Headquarters in 香港, we collaborate closely with brands worldwide to bring our philosophy of Relationship Hospitality to life and deliver world-leading practices in people operations. You will report to the Global Talent Development team, working alongside passionate professionals committed to leadership excellence.
YOUR ROLE
As Executive, Talent Development, Global, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening Rosewood's leadership pipeline. By supporting the execution of leadership programs at Rosewood Academy, you'll ensure a seamless learning experience and champion our culture and values. This role also contributes to global Talent Development initiatives, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the organization.
