What you’ll do
Responsible for overall operations including managing tenancy, customer services, cleaning and security
Manage on-site team to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients
Administer and coordinate all property management functions
Maintain excellent rapport with residents
Handle service requests and complaints and follow up on progress
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Degree holder of Real Estate Management or other related disciplines
MCIH, MHKIH, MRICS or other equivalent profession qualifications preferred
Minimum 10 years relevant experience including 5 years at managerial level
Holder of PMP (Tier 1) License and well versed in Building Management Ordinance (BMO)
Less experience will be considered as Property Manager
Personal skills you excel
Experience in managing high-end residential properties is a definite advantage
A team player with good leadership skills and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
