Our client is an expanding listed investment firm with sizable principal fund to support potential investment activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute various corporate finance transactions, including but not limited IPO, M&A, financial advisory, fund raising, restructuring, etc.
• Identify and secure M&A deals as well as manage and invest large monetary funds
• Ensure all transactions are compliance with relevant regulations, e.g. Listed Rules, Code of Takeovers & Mergers, IPO, etc.
• Develop financial models with meaningful analysis as well as assess and evaluate the investment risks and perform due diligence
• Conduct market data research and perform data analysis for preparation of the pitching materials
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Financial Accounting, Economics or related discipline
• 5+ years' solid experience gained from investment banking and covering comprehensive knowledge of various corporate finance transaction with proven track record is a must
• Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and Code of Takeovers & Mergers for HK & China market
• Professional qualification of CFA, CFP, etc.
• Able to work under pressure, strong commitment sense, integrity and independent
• Good team player and leadership style
• Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
