• Title: Business Development
• Location: Hong Kong
• Employment: Full‑time

• Design and execute go-to-market strategies for core verticals (retail, logistics, hospitality, etc.).
• Source prospects, drive deals through the funnel, and close with optimal efficiency.
• Hit GMV and revenue targets; drive upsell and cross-sell with existing clients.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to maximize customer experience.

• Proven Track Record – 2+ years in a startup or high‑growth environment.
• Outperformance – Consistently exceeded annual/quarterly targets with clear metrics.
• Strategic Thinking – Ability to translate market insights into actionable tactics and run KPI-driven PDCA cycles.
• Mission Fit – Deep alignment with Flexii’s Mission / Vision / Values and a drive to create social impact.

• Knowledge of the gig economy, talent marketplaces, HR Tech, or FinTech.
• Cross-border BD experience in ASEAN.
• Understanding of unit economics for platform businesses.
