Dah Sing Bank offers an exciting opportunity to join their Information & Communication Technology team as a DC Operator. This role involves managing and supporting data centre operations, ensuring smooth and efficient data centre services.
About Our ClientDah Sing Bank is a well-established financial institution committed to providing exceptional services to its clients. The team size is small and close-knit, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
What you'll be doing?Perform DC operations: Manage daily data centre tasks, including hardware health checks, inventory management, and access control.
Execute batch 職位: Submit, monitor, and report on batch 職位 to ensure system uptime and accuracy.
Maintain 24x7 support: Provide continuous support for data centre services, including incident logging and escalation.
Ensure data security: Handle hardware decommissioning and manage security modules to protect data integrity.
Support user accounts: Manage user account requests and ensure secure access to data centre resources.
Who are they looking for?Experienced professionals: Candidates with 4-8 years of experience in DC operations and batch job management are ideal.
Strong analytical skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions is crucial.
Team player: Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
Continuous learner: Commitment to professional development and staying updated with industry trends.
Able to Shift Duty: 5days work week, 0745-2015 Day shift , 1945-0845 Night shift
