餐廳經理 Restaurant Manager (韓菜 Korean)

Job Duties 主要職責

• Oversee the day to day operations of the Restaurant but not limited to proper scheduling, assigning of duties, housekeeping, repair & maintenance of restaurants管理日常運作，包括更表編排、工作分配、餐廳維修及保養

• Execution for the process improvement to enhance business performance and cost control執行及改進公司業務流程及成本控制

• Deliver high-quality service to customers提供優質餐飲服務予賓客

• Identify areas where service can be improved and finding practical solutions檢討及製訂合適方案改善餐廳服務質素

• Sociable and able to interact with customers with a strong sense of hospitality and passion積極及熱誠與客戶互動

Job Requirements 工作要求

• 5 years or above experience in Korean F&B / Food industry at management level5年或以上韓式餐飲服務及管理經驗

• Diploma or above, preferably with formal training in recognized technical institute   文憑或以上程度, 如有專業訓練更佳

• Outgoing and energetic personality, with good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills 性格外向和充滿活力，具有良好的客戶服務、人際交往和溝通技巧

• Good command of spoken Korean, English and Chinese; knowledge in Mandarin a plus 良好英語與中文溝通能力; 具普通話溝通能力者優先

• Eligible to work in Hong Kong 合資格在香港工作 (歡迎韓藉香港人申請 Welcome Korean Hongkongers apply)
