- Communicates with Principals, overseas agents, and customers.
- Update weekly schedules to customers.
- Send rate application to Principals.
- Prepare booking forecast / booking prospect / loading report to Principals.
- Attend customer inquiries / sales leads.
- Liaise with overseas agent on transshipment/ booking application, pre-alert notice, final loading status, and check with co-loader/carrier on transshipment quote and process.
- Follow up with overseas agents for cross-bookings.
- Back up the counter services in case of teammates absence
- To provide data and freight manifest to the Account Dept on remuneration per each principal.
- Support Liner sales team on lifting data, freight and remuneration status, and maintain proper filing on customers profiles.
