About Accenture Analyst Accelerator Program (AAP)

Accenture Analyst Accelerator Program (AAP) is a well-designed systematic and personalized development program for our graduate recruits. The program aims to cultivate well-rounded talent and business leaders for our Strategy & Consulting, Song and Technology by providing new joiners with two-year customized training and experiences working on a wide range of projects. Enabling rapid growth of our new recruits and helping them build industry expertise and leading technical capabilities, the AAP program primes them for their future career working alongside Accentures cross-industry teams to formulate exclusive digital solutions, empower end-to-end transformation and create 360° value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining Client Needs: identify and articulate business requirements so that we and the client understand and agree on what needs to change to take advantage of the opportunities.
• Driving Insights: drive insights to enhance customer experience, creating high-level and detailed requirements and specifications, determining the most practical way to drive lasting results for our clients.
• Designing and verifying the solutions: solve and analyze complex technology challenges so we can design the best practice technology solutions for our clients, verifying the system made by the engineers to meet the request throughout the project life cycle.
• Managing Clients & Projects: work and communicate with business stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure a common understanding of the requirements and the impact on the business area.

Qualifications

Experience, Attributes and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above with an expected graduation date in 2025.
• Major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or System, Business, Science, Mathematics, and Engineering backgrounds will be an advantage.
• High proficiency in both verbal and written English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Tech-savvy - interested in the latest technology.
• Effective communication - listen to & accurately capture others ideas, feedback & concerns; articulate ideas in a clear & engaging manner.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• High learning agility - assimilate information & learn new techniques & methodologies quickly; enjoy learning.
• Outcome-focused - seek to understand the broader team priorities/goal & align own work to them.
• Flexible and adaptable - flexible to work on different projects/locations and accommodate clients with travel requirements. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity & resilient when facing change & uncertainty.
• Collaborative - work collaboratively with different people to help teams or workgroups achieve their goals.
