System Administrator - IT Infrastructure Operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, including cloud environments, servers, networks, storage systems, and security protocols.
• Ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and security of IT systems and applications.
• Monitor IT infrastructure using advanced tools, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot emerging issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain enterprise applications and cross-platform technologies such as Microsoft Windows, Linux, VMware virtualization, SAN storage, and L2 / L3 routing and switching.
• Support and manage Microsoft 365, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, and endpoint security software, network firewall and switch.
• Automate routine administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless IT integration within factory and business operations, including F&B or manufacturing environments.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and enterprise applications.
• Extensive knowledge of cross-platform infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft Windows, Linux, VMware, SAN storage, routing and switching.
• Experience with cloud solutions such as Azure and AWS.
• Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365, Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, endpoint security solutions, and network solutions.
• Technical certifications such as MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, VMware certifications, or Public Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
