Join our clients Customer Experience & Process Improvement team as a Strategic Initiatives & Improvement Manager.

The Location: Hong Kong - Kwun Tong

The successful candidate who will reporting to Customer Experience & Process Improvement Head, HK & Macau.

As the Strategic Initiatives & Improvement Manager, youll be the key driver behind how we improve the way we serve the company customers. Youll work with leaders and teams across the company to identify whats working, whats not, and how we can improve - always with the customer in mind.

What Youll Do

• Lead projects that help us deliver better service and smoother processes

• Use customer feedback to spot areas where we can improve

• Work closely with leaders and team members to make changes that matter

• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement across the company

• Support teams with tools, coaching, and training (well show you how!)

• Help us follow and improve ISO standards (like ISO9001 and more)

• Keep track of progress and make sure we stay on the right path

What Were Looking For

• A degree in any field

• 8 - 10 years of experience leading improvement projects

• Experience with ISO standards and audits is a big plus

• Knowledge of project management or Six Sigma (Green Belt is great!)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• A self-starter whos organized and calm under pressure

• Fluent in English and Chinese is a MUST
