Responsibilities:

• Provide Individual Career Counseling - Support individuals from ethnically diverse backgrounds with career guidance, job search strategies, and professional development resources.
• Coordinate Employment Training - Develop job readiness programs to help individuals gain skills, secure job opportunities, and navigate workplace challenges.
• Assist in Service Development - Collaborate on community initiatives to expand social support services for ethnically diverse populations.
• Proposal Writing - Assist in grant applications and funding proposals to secure resources for expanding career and employment services.

• Diploma or higher in Social Work
• Experience in career coaching, employment training, or community engagement
• Strong writing skills for proposals and program documentation
• Proven experience working with ethnically diverse communities, with a strong commitment to promoting inclusivity, equity, and accessible support services
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of ethnically diverse populations and a passion for serving them
• Proficiency in English or Chinese, or at least one of the following ethnic minority languages： Nepali, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi (preferred)
