Senior Sales - Institutional Sales

Responsibilities:

1.   Maintain and nurture relationships with the companys institutional clients in Hong Kong stock investments, ensuring effective communication and long-term partnerships.

2.   Expand institutional client base and channels by developing collaborations with public/private funds, trusts, insurance firms, overseas asset managers, listed companies, state-owned enterprises, and large corporate groups in China and global markets.

3.   Deliver comprehensive services to institutional clients, including Hong Kong market trading support and timely dissemination of research insights from the港股 (Hong Kong stock) research team to meet clients investment research needs.

4.   Organize and coordinate investor engagement activities such as roadshows, research visits, conference calls, and analyst meetings, while gathering client feedback for continuous improvement.

5.   Compile industry research perspectives, equity analysis summaries, fund positioning reports, and other relevant materials.

6.   Collaborate with the Capital Markets Department, investment banking, and asset management teams to design marketing and investment strategies for IPO projects.

7.   Act as a liaison between the company and institutional clients, facilitating communication with issuers and internal departments to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

1.   Bachelors degree or higher in economics, finance, accounting, law, or related fields. Solid knowledge of securities investment analysis and financial analysis. Those holding relevant work visas for Hong Kong will be given priority. Candidates holding a Hong Kong Identity Card will be given priority consideration.

2.   Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional sales with a focus on Hong Kong stocks and overseas markets. In-depth understanding of Hong Kong securities regulations, financial products, and relevant legal frameworks. Must hold valid sales licenses issued by the Hong Kong Securities Association.

3.   Existing network or resources in overseas markets is a strong advantage.

4.   Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and business development skills.

5.   Established connections with fund companies and financial institutions.

6.   Outstanding communication and client management abilities. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.

7.   Self-motivated, mature-minded, and capable of working independently.

8.   Based in Hong Kong with frequent business travel requirements.
