Senior Retail Operations Manager

We are a HK based luxury fashion brand, we are now looking for a talent to join our Company:

Responsibilities:

• Maintain smooth operation of retail store business, uphold service standards and take corrective actions;

• Manage retail business operations, financial performance (P&L), sales, profit, forecasting, and KPI monitoring;

• Responsible for strategic planning and operational efficiency to maximize profits and minimize costs;

• Closely monitor the Leasing, Operations, Marketing and Visual merchandising team to ensure targets are achieved;

• Build and maintain close relationship with external stakeholders and shopping malls;

• Ad hoc project or assignment as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing/ Business Administration, or related field;

• Minimum of 8 years of retail sales & operation experience in retail industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role;

• Strong execution skills, ability to meet deadlines and problem solving skills;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with all internal and external parties;

• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is necessary.
