Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Pinpoint Asia

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain feature files, step definitions, and element mappings for test automation.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate test automation into the development process smoothly.
• Review test reports, ensure all tests are successful, and identify areas for improvement.
• Offer technical guidance to team members and encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Coordinate with business users, QA teams, and developers to align on solutions and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Use JIRA for managing stories, test cases, and tracking test coverage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ideally, 6+ years of experience in automation testing, including mobile application testing.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, encompassing test planning, test case design, and test execution.
• Extensive experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Cucumber and Appium.
• Possess strong knowledge of Selenium with either Python or Java programming language for web automation, or Appium with either Python or Java programming language for mobile automation.
• Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks.
• Experience in performance testing using TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Fluency in verbal and written Cantonese is a must.
