About the Client

Our client is a renowned blue-chip company. Currently they are looking for a Senior Manager to join their corporate development team to assess and incubate new business/investment opportunities.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for evaluating investment/ business opportunities. You will be hands-on with building up financial models and conduct various kinds of analysis to comment on business terms and contracts. You will involve in formulating business partnership and tendering projects. You will liaise with different functions and departments to ensure compliance and governance. You will prepare investment papers and presentation for investment committees assessment and approval. You will handle any ad-hoc projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Investment Management or equivalent.
• A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in corporate development/ business development.
• CFA and CPA are preferred but not a must.
• Prior project management track record in a complex business.
• Strong financial modelling skills.
• Commercial, self-driven, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
