Senior Engineer, ERP

My client, a leader in the Resorts & Gaming industry, is seeking a Senior Engineer, ERP with 4+ years experience to join and support the core ERP platform which services numerous key business areas at an international level. As a key member of the ERP team, the Senior Engineer will help support and perform day-to-day operations for the clients ERP system and have a leading responsibility in L1 and L2 end user support. Youll work closely with the ERP users to analyze their needs and provide suggestion towards the ERPs continued optimization and growth.

This opportunity is based in the heart of Hong Kong, Central.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for ERP application systems across the clients properties, regardless of location.
  • Swiftly resolve inquiries and issues related to ERP systems.
  • Build a robust resource to guide and support the Level 1 and Level 2 IT support team.
  • Deliver effective ERP application and technical training.
  • Collaborate closely with vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Actively participate in implementing ERP applications, especially upgrades and oboarding
  • Proactively suggest enhancements to optimize business applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in IT/Business or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of relevant ERP application support experience (SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft/Dynamics AX/Hyperion or equivalent).
  • Experience in functional areas like Treasury, Consolidation, General Ledger, Account Payable, Financial planning, budgeting & reporting, and Supply Chain & Recipe Management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft/Dynamics AX Finance/HR/Payroll and Supply Chain management systems is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
