Sales Coordinator / Executives

Requirement:

• Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordination , preferably in eyewear industry.

• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Efficiently follow up on overseas customer orders and projects, ensuring timely execution and resolution of any issues that may arise.

• Serve as the key point of contact between overseas customers and the Hong Kong office, facilitating clear and consistent communication.

• Coordinate closely with the manufacturing plant in China and Vietnam to ensure alignment on production schedules, delivery timelines, and product specifications.

• Provide comprehensive support to the sales and marketing teams, including preparing quotations, organizing promotional materials, and assisting in market analysis.

• Monitor and report on customer feedback and market trends to help drive continuous improvement in products and services.
