Risk Management Officer/ Assistant Manager, F&B

Responsibilities:

• Risk Management:

  • Identify financial risks within the F&B sector and propose strategies for mitigation.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and inform strategic decisions.

• Cost Management:

  • Analyze food and beverage costs, assess pricing strategies, and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.

  • Monitor the procurement and operation teams, including restaurants activities to achieve cost control.

• Financial Analysis & Reporting:

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgeting, and forecasts specific to F&B operations.

• Strategic Partnership:

  • Act as an advisor, providing financial insights and analytical support for strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to help drive the overall business goals.

• Collaboration:

  • Work with cross-functional departments (operations, procurement, marketing) to support integrated business planning and performance management.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;

• At least 2 years of working experience in F&B is a Must;

• Self-motivated, hardworking, a strong sense of responsibility with positive working attitude;

• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin, able to communicate across regions and with different functional groups;

• Proficient in PC skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Candidates with more experience and higher qualifications may be considered for the post of “Assistant Manager ”
