As a Leasing Assistant Manager/Senior Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling lease renewals, term negotiations, and tenancy agreements with professionalism.
• Coordinating with tenants to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of inquiries or issues.
• Monitoring market trends and rental values to provide strategic recommendations.
• Assisting in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
• Maintaining accurate leasing records and tenant databases.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless property management operations.
• Supporting the preparation of leasing reports and presentations for management review.

Profile

A successful Leasing Assistant Manager/Senior Officer should have:

• Educational qualifications in property management, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the property industry, particularly in leasing operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
