Restaurant Supervisor 餐廳主管
Responsibilities:
As a section in-charge.
Ensure guests are served within a specified time.
Able to answer any questions regarding the menu, buffet pricing, and restaurant promotion.
Check with guests to ensure the satisfaction of food quality and Service.
Control of stocks expenses.
Issue & approved all stock requisition forms.
Assist casual labor briefing & job assignment during Assistant restaurant Manager in absence.
Comply with the daily revenue report each day.
Check the standard of personal grooming inclusive of casual labor.
Carry out any other duties requested by Management.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant working experience in restaurant or hotel.
Service oriented and good term player.
Energetic, passionate, presentable and with good communication skills.
Strong leadership & management skills.
Good command of English and Cantonese.
Shift duties are required.
