• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial candidate screening and interviewing to presenting qualified candidates to clients and facilitating the offer and on boarding process.
• Champion a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, providing timely feedback and career advice.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities to contribute to the growth and success of our agency.
• Negotiate contracts and placement terms with both clients and candidates.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar sales or client-facing role.
• A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset with a high degree of self-motivation.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
