Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant
Handle general front desk duties including greeting clients and visitors, answering incoming call and enquires
Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence delivery and distribution
Perform administrative duties including conference room booking and setup, office supplies and equipment ordering and maintenance, documents storage to godown and retrieving, etc
Assist on schedule appointments and update calendar
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area
Assist with organizing client events, office trainings, activities and gatherings
Assist with coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements
Other job related duties as assigned
A recognized degree or equivalent
2-3 years of experience preferably within the financial or professional services sector.
Pleasant personality with professional client service skills
Multitasking with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Good verbal and written communication skills; confident in interacting with people.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Good team player with a positive attitude.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is a plus
Immediately available preferred
