Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle general front desk duties including greeting clients and visitors, answering incoming call and enquires 

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence delivery and distribution 

  • Perform administrative duties including conference room booking and setup, office supplies and equipment ordering and maintenance, documents storage to godown and retrieving, etc

  • Assist on schedule appointments and update calendar

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area

  • Assist with organizing client events, office trainings, activities and gatherings

  • Assist with coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements

  • Other job related duties as assigned                                         

Skills and Competencies: 
  • A recognized degree or equivalent

  • 2-3 years of experience preferably within the financial or professional services sector.

  • Pleasant personality with professional client service skills

  • Multitasking with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Good verbal and written communication skills; confident in interacting with people.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

  • Good team player with a positive attitude.

  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is a plus

  • Immediately available preferred
