A typical day will include the following:-

1. Discuss, design, and update the product specification requirement
2. Ensure quality procedures are fully understood and implemented by vendors, 3rd party testing and inspection agents
3. Evaluate new products to ensure that they conform and comply with legal, company requirement, and fit for customers needs
4. Investigate customer complaints, identify corrective actions at technical aspects and work with vendors to implement
5. Define and follow up the agreed corrective action and improvement plan

To succeed in this role, you will have:-

• Relevant products technical knowledge
• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, preferably gained in sourcing/buying offices
