QC Manager (New Headcount)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the factory in meeting GMP standards across all processes.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and safety.
• Lead and mentor the QC team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Oversee product testing and analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control processes, tests, and results.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on quality control practices and GMP compliance.
• Assist in Quality Management System Implementation 
• Identify and address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Chemistry, Chinese Medicines, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Studies or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years experience in Pharmaceutical / Proprietary Chinese Medicine or Food industry. 
• Knowledge of GMP is highly preferred
• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment, preferably in TCM or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
