Project Manager (Operations)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage advertising media and experiential projects from conceptual design through installation
Serve as the project manager, overseeing communication between all stakeholders, project budgets, schedules, logistics, design, fabrication, and installation
Critically review project submissions and reports with a focus on safety
Play a key role in vendor selection, contract negotiations, and technical specification development
Provide timely progress reports to management, clients, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution
Proactively support other departments to meet deadlines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate closely with operations and safety teams before and after project handover
Job Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other relevant engineering discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/technical fields with project management responsibilities
Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strong focus on safety and quality
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese
Capable of critically reviewing technical drawings, electrical layouts, and supervising site work and contractors

Preferred experience and knowledge:
- Projects and site work in airport environments
- Digital projects/products such as LED screens
- Construction site safety requirements (Hong Kong Labor Department)
