Project Manager (Window Facade/ Curtin Wall) 

The Project Manager for Building Construction is responsible for overseeing facade/curtain wall projects whole process. The Project Manager works closely with the project team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all aspects of building construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Manage project budgets and ensure that all expenses are accounted for and within budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure that all deadlines are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
• Manage risk by identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Building/construction, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facade project management in the building construction industry, prefer with residential building projects experience. 
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
