Product Manager (Retail client)

DB Results is currently looking for an employee centric Product Manager to takes charge of the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our retail clients internal digital hub serving Store Support, Store, and DC team members. You will connect corporate functions (People & Culture, Technology, Legal, Governance & Compliance, Finance) and frontline staff, ensuring the portal enhances efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

  •  Define and implement the product roadmap for enterprise solutions that aligns with business goals and needs.

  • Collaborate with Corporate Functions and Store Leadership to create and synchronize quarterly roadmaps.

  • Evaluate new product concepts and prioritize features, focusing on compliance, operational efficiency, employee experience, and knowledge management.

  • Create business cases for new investments, including cost-benefit analyses and adoption strategies.

  1. Product Lifecycle Management

  •  Take ownership of the product development process from concept to launch, including post-launch performance analysis and ongoing improvement.

  • Conduct in-depth user research, collect feedback, and analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities, driving continuous improvement through product iteration.

  • Ensure product development is guided by clear, well-defined product requirements and user stories, collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.

  • Promote informed decision-making through quantitative results, A/B testing, qualitative research, and customer insights.

  • Regularly assess and report on product performance, effectively communicating progress to various stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Over 7 years of experience in digital product management, ideally with a focus on internal tools.

  • Strongly data-driven, committed to enhancing user success and providing long-term user value.

  • Proven track record in developing products for non-desk employees (store operations) with a solid understanding of retail operations (scheduling, inventory, compliance, etc.).

  • Significant experience in leading design thinking workshops, cross-functional collaboration, and roadmap prioritization.

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving, backed by analytical skills (BigQuery, Google Analytics, etc.).

Critical Competencies:

  • Business Acumen: Expertise in employee experience and store operations.

  • Domain Fluency: Knowledgeable in UI/UX, product design, and service design.

  • Influence: Skilled at aligning directors on strategy, trade-offs, and investment decisions.

  • Technology: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, AI technologies, MACH architecture, integration design, and agile experimentation frameworks.
