Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a small team to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times

  • Provide high-quality services to the regional customers as well as communicate internally with Project / Technical and Business Teams

  • Educate clients on using system that involves daily settlement, corporate actions, risk management functions etc

  • Handle clients platform and process related enquiries via phone calls and emails

  • Handle customer complaints and perform investigation

  • Preparing product user manuals

  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on routine work

  • Willing to work on weekend if needed

  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Customer Service or KYC/Account Opening or Brokerage Settlement/Operations roles is highly preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, independent, reliable and detail-minded, able to work under pressure

  • Good team player and customer-oriented

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Operations Manager
