Operations Manager
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a small team to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Provide high-quality services to the regional customers as well as communicate internally with Project / Technical and Business Teams
Educate clients on using system that involves daily settlement, corporate actions, risk management functions etc
Handle clients platform and process related enquiries via phone calls and emails
Handle customer complaints and perform investigation
Preparing product user manuals
Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on routine work
Willing to work on weekend if needed
Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Customer Service or KYC/Account Opening or Brokerage Settlement/Operations roles is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills, independent, reliable and detail-minded, able to work under pressure
Good team player and customer-oriented
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Operations Manager
