MPF/ORSO Consultant (Client Management Team)

About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual with top one focus to take care of our MPF/ORSO existing block. In this position, you will have to make segmentation for the block (e.g by SME/MNC/industry), and drive client activities per the segmentation. You will also schedule, drive, monitoring and participate those activities working with others sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1 ) Maintain GUM MPF and ORSO block against business target, where business target mean maintain the current asset level of the whole block2) Drive MPF and ORSO renewal block growth via different client initiatives and identify up-sell and/or cross-sell opportunity 3) Ensure GUM existing client will have a smooth on-boarding journey and transition to eMPF in coming 6 months

• Drive and participate client meeting to deliver per defined scope of work for those appointed case

• Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to assess performance and recommend improvements.

• Provide training and support to junior team members on MPF products and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree with 3 years of working experience in the MPF/ORSO market

• With eMPF related knowledge/ exposure will be a big plus

• Holder of IIQE 1,3 license and MPFA license is highly preferable

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English/Chinese

• Clients focus with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Candidates with more experiences will be considered to Assistant Manager/Manager

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
