Manager-Assets & Operations Services

Working period: until Dec 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Information Technology solutions, development and implementation services that contribute to, and enable power assets and operation area. Specially related to utility asset management, grid network operation and security. 

• Ensure agreed service levels with assigned business groups are met through performing IT applications and support teams

• Work closely with CLP Generation and Grid Operation business unit to manage business expectations in-line with overall capability and priorities, to deliver positive outcome

• Work as technical project manager to implementation systems in HSEQ, Security control and integration with Oracle ERP system for Asset management and Operations.

• Develop necessary processes and tools to deliver applications in a timely manner with quality assurance plan

• Promote a digital and agile mindset with a focus on smart utility with digitalization platform.  

• Ensure products and projects are being sufficiently supported and advise on optimization potential

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Masters degree in a related field is desirable.

• Professional credentials in asset management area such as Oracle WACS, OFS, Enablon, LENEL or other ERP systems. Experience in power, utility, energy sector is a plus. 

• At least 8 years of experience in enterprise software development and implementation. Experience working in large scale digital transformation program is a must. 

• Strong communication skills, influencing skills and leadership skills

• Excel at relationship management skills, project management and change management skills

• Good strategic planning skills, problem solving and analytical skills

• Strong ability to remain calm and deliberate in times of highest stress e.g. application outage

• Demonstrable commitment to drive and deliver.
