Lead Technical Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Translate complex business requirements into development-ready technical specifications, ensuring alignment with application architecture and system design principles.
• Collaborate with software engineers to define solution architectures, technical workflows, and integration patterns that support scalable fintech applications.
• Decompose high-level business needs into technical user stories, API specifications, and system workflows to streamline application development.
• Ensure technical documentation aligns with SDLC best practices, covering functional requirements, data models, and system interactions.
• Facilitate application development lifecycle activities, including requirements validation, testing strategy, deployment planning, and post-release support.
• Mentor junior analysts in technical requirement gathering, system analysis, and Agile SDLC methodologies, promoting industry best practices.
• Work closely with development teams to refine CI/CD pipelines, version control strategies, and release management processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree holder of Information Technology, Computing Science or other relevant subjects.
• 8+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Technical Business Analyst, ideally within fintech, trading, CFD, or high-frequency trading domains.
• Strong technical expertise in application development frameworks, SDLC methodologies, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proficiency in API design, microservices architecture, database modeling (SQL), and system integration principles.
• Hands-on experience in SDLC phases, from requirement analysis to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps workflows, and CI/CD best practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications, data mappings, and scalable system designs.
• Expertise in technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and business requirement documents.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
• Exposure to frontend and backend development frameworks, including React, Angular, Node.js, or Java-based environments.
• Familiarity with reward or loyalty systems, blockchain technology, or AI-driven fintech solutions is a strong plus.
