The risk associate is responsible for overseeing information security, cybersecurity, and business continuity management across the Asia region, ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations. The role involves risk assessments, regulatory monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and reporting to senior management, with a strong focus on operational resilience and IT risk governance.

工作内容

• Implement and maintain global and regional information security and business continuity policies.
• Conduct risk assessments, penetration testing coordination, and access recertification.
• Monitor and report on IT and cybersecurity risks, incidents, and compliance metrics.
• Act as a liaison with internal stakeholders and global teams for risk-related initiatives.
• Support regulatory compliance efforts and track changes in regional requirements (e.g., MAS, HKMA).
• Facilitate business continuity planning, disaster recovery exercises, and awareness campaigns.
• Prepare and present risk dashboards and reports to senior management and governance forums.
• Participate in control self-assessments and operational risk reviews.

理想的求职者

• 5-10 years of experience in information risk, cybersecurity, or IT risk management, preferably in the financial sector.
• Strong understanding of industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and regional regulatory frameworks.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable.
• Experience with business continuity planning and IT governance frameworks.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint, and GRC tools (e.g., Archer).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional and global environment.
