IT Business Analyst - Cloud & Digital Solution

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Agile Development Life Cycle. You will be responsible for performing comprehensive system analyses on various software programs, applications, and web services. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be crucial in obtaining approval for system development projects from Management. Your role will involve collecting and analyzing user requirements, conducting impact analysis, and implementing the system design.

What youll do:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements for IT projects
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements
• Lead the Agile Development Life Cycle
• Perform system analyses on software programs, applications, and web services
• Facilitate communication between business and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Create reports, dashboards, and other tools to support decision-making and track project progress.
• Collect and analyze user requirements, conduct impact analysis and implement the system design
• Ensure end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments

What you bring:

• 3~5+ years of experience in full systems development
• Ability to effectively influence and lead multiple levels of an organization through functional boundaries
• Solid knowledge of relevant technology concepts (e.g., mainframe, client-server, relational databases)
• Working knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts (e.g., reporting, querying software, OLAP)
• Strong communication skills including prioritizing, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools is a plus.
